Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time:

Processing Duration: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Delays: In the event of a high volume of orders or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified via email if significant delays occur.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

Shipping Costs: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery Timeframes: Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7–21 business days after order processing.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, not the date of order. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

4. International Shipping:

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Moozy Slippers is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (e.g., tariffs, taxes, etc.).

International Delivery Times: Vary based on destination and customs procedures. Delays may occur due to customs clearance.

5. Shipping to Incorrect Addresses:

Please ensure that all shipping information is correct at the time of purchase. Moozy Slippers is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments:

If you receive your order damaged, please contact our support team within 7 days at moozyslippershelp@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will address these on a case-by-case basis and work towards a satisfactory solution.

For lost shipments, please reach out to us if you have not received your order within 30 days of the shipping confirmation email.
